Have you ever thought that a night in a hotel room meant either ordering pizza or having overpriced room service or restaurants to go to, you have to think again. In this video, British comedian George Egg demonstrates how to cook tortellini pasta and how to bake muffins, all in a hotel room using just what he find there. This is really a great hotel survival tip to learn.
According to Egg, all you need is "a kettle, two pounds worth of ingredients, a bit of ingenuity, and a can-do attitude." That will do the job.
Next time when you're travelling and want to save money on your meals, why not you give this a try. Try at your own risk I must say. =)

I once used a coffee maker to cook pasta at a hotel. However, most of the time, I stay in hostels, which have fully-equipped kitchens: stove, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.
