Reviews On Web Browsers I Personally Use

Here are the web browsers I personally use or used before...

1. Flock Browser
Flock integrates social networking and media services including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Blogger, and a lot more. When you log into any of the supported social services, Flock will automatically activate these services within its features.

Flock contains functionality that advises when friends have updated their profile, uploaded photos or other published items relevant to the user. Flock allows media sharing via drag and drop, photo uploading, and a built-in blog editor for posting from anywhere on the web.

I have not used all the functions that are available in Flock but I enjoy using it a lot.

The Flock browser is available as a free download, and supports Windows, Mac and Linux platforms.

You can go HERE to download Flock Browser or to get more info.

2. Mozilla Firefox 2
I've been using Firefox for almost 3 years now and I don't really have any complains, except the memory leakage when you leave in on for some time. I will have to restart the browser again to settle the problem.

I can also customize firefox to my own liking and how I want it to look like.

Firefox is my main web browser and I use a lot of the addons that are available.

Download Firefox 2.

3. Mozilla Firefox 3 beta 5 (Portable Version)
I have nothing much to say much about this as it is still in beta and I haven't faced any problems using it. It's faster then Firefox 2 and there are quite a lot of new features.

I'm using the portable version is because most of the addons that I normally use are not compatible yet. So I use the portable version, which doesn't require installation.

Download Mozilla Firefox 3 beta 5 (Portable Version).

4. Opera 9.2
I only use this browser for fast browsing. I like the way the graphics are being displayed on Opera compared to any other browsers. This is due to their rendering engine - Presto.

Opera has a lot of built-in features. See it HERE.

Download Opera 9.2.

5. Internet Explorer 7
If you're using IE 6, please upgrade it now to IE 7 !!! IE 6 is really OUTDATED.

For Internet Explorer, I don't have much to say as I'm not a fan of it. So no review here. Hahaha... It's very slow.

Download Internet Explorer 7.

6. Safari 3.1
Safari is a Mac-based web browser. I only used Safari for around 2 weeks then I uninstalled it. This is because it lacks of flexibility to customize it as I like. Even Mac users prefer using Firefox to Safari. LOL

Although it looks good and fast, but it comes in a very large file - 18.62MB !!!

Download Safari 3.1.

So for your info, I currently have 5 web browsers on my laptop but I'm only using 4 of them. Guess which one I'm not using. =)

P.S: I hope the reviews of web browsers are usefull to you.

P.P.S: Don't forget to write down your answer on which web browser I'm not using in the Comment box. =)

See Ya & God Bless !!

I almost exclusively use Firefox even though I am a Mac user. I am so content using Firefox that I have never even used the pre-installed Safari on my PowerBook. I must agree that IE sucks and I am surprised that it hasn't become extinct yet. I like Opera for its built-in BitTorrent feature.

How can IE become extinct?

How will you be able to download other browsers without it ;)

Good one, Jeremy. I must admit that I used Safari to download Firefox, and I used Firefox to download Opera. I don't have IE.
