i wonder how they really perform the calculations.. lol
But i think this is just a guideline only!!! the value is not the actual one..let say if Bill Gate or any tycoon feel interest on ur blog or web , they might pay u more than that...

If I'm not mistaken, Technorati evaluates your blog's value through your Technorati rankings, Authority (blogs linking to yours) and there might be a lot more other calculations that are put into consideration. It's not really accurate but just a guideline.
@ imDavidLee: yea it's just a guideline of how famous your blog is. Yes it depends on the deal you have with those that want to buy your blog.
